Technarte is a unique conference, focused on art and technology, which will celebrate its 6th Edition on 19 & 20 May in Bilbao (Spain).

Technarte brings together the most innovative artists, architects and technological researchers from all around the world, who will show projects in which the fusion of art with new technologies facilitates the development of innovative disciplines.

New digital techniques emerge for design and creation of urban spaces. The interactivity between the citizens and the architecture, hyper augmented reality, genetic architecture, and metamorphic organic compounds are new fields of research and development for the design of actual spaces, where cities obtain a prominent role, and citizens interact with the architecture, instead of being just passers-by.

Top-quality researchers and architects, like the Japanese Keiichi Matsuda and Akira Wakita, the American Cameron McNall and the Spanish Alberto Estévez, founder of the first laboratory on Genetic Architecture of the World, among others, will meet in Technarte to present the latest artistic-technological trends for urban spaces designing.

Artists and technological researchers will unleash their creativity in different disciplines, as robotics, nanoart, immersive virtual realities, ephemeral installations and much more, until complete the 14 presentations of the Programme
