In autumn 2020, for the first time, an ambitious international festival for digital art will be held in Zurich for the first time and shall return annually: DA Z – DIGITAL ART ZURICH, the international festival of digital art will be held.
During five days you can expect installations, performances, concerts, events and talks. For two days, there will also be a conference on digital culture and its practice in dealing with the current issues of our time. DA Z is dedicated exclusively to current and socially relevant contributions of digital forms of the avant-garde art.
DA Z formats are: exhibitions, installations, interventions, video screenings, performances, music events and conversations at various locations in Zurich’s inner city.
Our goal is to combine the highest artistic quality with the discourse on global social developments and the influence of digitalization on our lives.
The DA Z offers a very extensive program with outstanding international artists. The diversity and quality of the DA Z program has never before been seen at a digital art festival in Switzerland.
The program will be supplemented day by day in the coming weeks. Smaller locations will be added. The final program as may still change in detail. Not least because of the circumstances of COVID19. In any case, all exhibitions will be safe and pleasant to experience.
